Viziohas come up out of nowhere (as @The_VaughnSC reminded me, these were announced on CES. Still, it’s surprising to me that they could come from making TV sets, to laptops and desktops that look really nice in such a short period of time. That’s what I meant, I write early in the morning, my brain was half asleep.), with laptops and desktops that look really nice. In the case of this desktop unit, all the computer parts are on the base and then the monitor is just that. It is an all-in-one like the iMac, but using a different approach. See Samsung? You can make something elegant without carbon copying everything Apple does. Ok, so the Keyboard and the Trackpad look like the ones Apple makes, but they look different enough I think. Looks nice, the specs are nice, only thing left is to know how reliable they are. After all, this is the first time they get into the computer business. So far, so good.
It comes in two models, a 24″ and a 27″. It has the basic specs you would expect (i3, i5, i7, Nvidia and Intel graphics, 4GB or 8GB of RAM, 500GB or 1TB hard drives, etc.), where it falls short is in the screen resolution department, 1920 x 1080. Good, but others, including Apple offer more on some models. Still, a good first time effort, at least on paper. And good elegant design. Check it out.

I didn’t know the story of this company, a small enterprise based in California that reminds me a little bit of Apple in the beginning. Of the many points that I found interesting, these two stand out: [...]
