Adobe released security updates for Adobe Reader X (10.1.2) and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh, Adobe Reader 9.4.6 and earlier 9.x versions for Linux, and Adobe Acrobat X (10.1.2) and earlier versions for Windows and Macintosh. These updates address vulnerabilities in the software that could cause the application to crash and potentially allow an attacker to take control of the affected system.

Adobe Flash Player updates to version 11.2

Users of Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.63 and earlier versions for Windows, Macintosh, Linux and Solaris are advised to update to the new Adobe Flash Player 11.2 for their respective platforms. Users of Adobe Flash Player 11.1.111.7 for Android are advised to update to Flash Player 11.1.111.8.

It patches two critical vulnerabilities and adds silent updates (like Chrome). [Download Version  11.2.202.228]

Adobe released Flash Player version 11.1.102.62. Download it from Adobe, be careful if a site tells you the plugin needs an update, always go directly to the source.

Otro golpe a Flash Player, Chrome móvil no tiene soporte para Flash. UPDATE

Hoy, después de mucha espera por los usuarios de Android, que tenían que recurrir a navegadores de internet alternativos ya que es casi un consenso que el navegador que trae Android no es el mejor, Google lanzó Chrome Beta. La versión móvil de su popular aplicación, no tiene soporte para Flash Player.

Apple actualiza definiciones de anti-malware, Nuevo Troyano disfrazado de Adobe Flash

Apple actualizó las definiciones que usa el sistema operativo para eliminar el Troyano del que les hablé en el fin de semana, que se hace pasar por un archivo de PDF.  Dicho eso, ahora hay también un Troyano que se hace pasar por Adobe Flash Player.  Evitar la infección de su sistema es fácil, si necesitan hacer actualización de Flash, nunca lo hagan en una página que les dice que hay que actualizarlo.  Si alguna página de internet les dice que hay que actualizar Flash vayan siempre a http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer , NUNCA, repito: NUNCA JAMAS POR NINGUN MOTIVO, RAZON O CIRCUNSTANCIA, bajen Flash o qualquier otro plugin de cualquier página que se los pida.

Pueden ver que versión tienen aquí, marquen esta página en cualquier browser, es un servicio de Mozilla que verifica todos sus plugins y tiene links directos a las páginas correctas de donde bajarlos.  Si tienen la versión 10.3.xxx.x, esta se actualiza sola o en el System Preference donde hay un ícono de Flash que los lleva directo a la página de Adobe que mencioné arriba (excepto si usan Chrome que les va a decir que ya tienen la versión mas reciente).
