Dropbox:
We’re super excited to announce a whole new way to share: now you can send a link to the files or folders in your Dropbox!
Sharing with friends and family is easy! Once you’ve saved that video of your niece’s birthday party to Dropbox, just make a link to send to grandma and she can simply watch online — no download required! This saves you the hassle of having to re-upload or attach it to an email. (Continue Reading)
We met Joe Hill in Norfolk, Virginia last week. He had a story to tell us. He has two autistic sons who have had trouble communicating and he noticed that the world of tools for autism often overlooked a few things – aesthetics, usability, and customization, to name three. Instead of relying on ready-made utilities, Joe wanted to make something fun and cool.
He created Aeir Talk. It’s an app that allows parents to create and record their own content for use in a very simple but effective method for communications.
Amazing piece of software. One of the many uses for an iPad that I don’t think even Steve Jobs imagined. You can find the app here.

Puerto Rico students continue to shine at NASA’s Great Moonbuggy Race, with two Humacao teams leading the way to take first and second place in the high school division.
The team from Petra Mercado High School, in its second year in the competition, finished the half-mile course in 3 minutes and 20 seconds. Finishing in second place was Colegio Nuestra Senora del Perpetuo Socorro from Humacao. In third place was Arab High School Team 1 from Arab, Alabama.
The University of Puerto Rico Humacao team placed second in the college division, falling just shy of defending the title it had won in both 2010 and 2011.
My Hometown on the map, at least one good news among all the crap that happens daily.
A U.S. judge largely sided with Apple on Wednesday over how several technical terms will be defined in its patent fight against Samsung over smartphones and tablets. Deciding on the meaning of certain terms, known as claim construction orders, helps to define the scope of a party’s patent rights and can often shape the course of litigation.
The saga continues…
Can’t wait to see the reports of people getting run over by cars, falling down the stairs, etc. This is one of the dumbest ideas I have ever seen. Not to mention people driving around with this thing, and a cellphone antena right next to your skull all the time.
How much space is that, exactly? For every friend you invite that installs Dropbox, you’ll both get 500 MB of free space. If you’ve got a free account, you can invite up to 32 people for a whopping total of 16 GB of extra space. Pro accounts now earn 1 GB per referral, for a total of 32 GB of extra space. Have you already invited a bunch of people? Don’t worry. Within a few days, you’ll get full credit for every referral that’s already been completed. Boom!
I’m going to be referring a lot of people.
This is it, thought Koichi Hayashida as he heard the ear-splitting creaks of the building as it began to wrench apart. I could die.
Hayashida, a game director at Nintendo’s Tokyo development studio, had been in the middle of a presentation, explaining the Super Mario design philosophy to a group of external game developers.
Great article, your have to admire the Japanese, after all that happened that day, their resolve and determination and the way the kept their composure.
